A great way to get in shape and help combat cancer-related fatigue! Twice weekly exercise classes include cardiovascular and resistance training using light weights, bands and balls. Instructor: Stephen Cerne, CFT.

Written medical authorization from our physician and a fitness assessment at TGP is required.

TGP EAST: Level 2 - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:30 - 2:30 pm, and 6:30 - 7:30 pm
TGP WEST: Level 2 - Mondays and Wednesdays 3:00 - 4:00 pm. After August 2nd, class will be held from 1:30 - 2:30
